All-Rounded

Whether you’r planning an addition, a renovation, a remodelling, a home or a whole community, I’m the Architect for you.

International Architect

Having  studied, lived and worked in the U.S.A., Mongolia, the Marshall Islands and Switzerland for over 20 years, I have learned to love the diverse cultures that I had the benefit of coming in contact with.

It is a special pleasure for me to support the international and Swisss client in building or remodelling a home or business to meet their individual needs.

I am knowledgeable in Swiss building codes and I work with contractors who can guaranty a top job at a fair price.

How I work

I like to meet with my clients at their home, at a restaurant or at a coffee-shop to get to know one another. Then, I discuss the project with the client. After deciding that we can work together, I combine the budget, the needs of the client and the building codes to work out a presentation of a design. The next step is the building project.

Here we finalize the design, get cost-estimates from contractors, and apply for a building permit.

Education

My Master of Architecture was granted to me through the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1994.

I received my Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1988.

The “Technical Engineering Specialist”, I received as part of my military training in the U.S.A.

Sincerely

Daniel Neeld
